I liked your thoughts ... inspirational in fact. Perhaps if you spoke in front of the UN, your words would be profound enough to kick the UN seat warmers into action. One thing the UN could do is kick Russia off the Security Council. I think Russia has proven irrevocably that they are not interested on World security.

However, the concept of keeping opposing nations within a larger body and actively engaged in dialog is a good one. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
